About the Artist:

Paul Sydorenko is a Cleveland based artist working in the field of multi media. He graduated from Ohio University in 1999 with a BFA in Printmaking.  His work encompasses everything from small scale drawings to full room installations complete with sculpture, video,
and audio elements.

The themes of his work are adult oriented; dealing with issues such as loneliness, rejection, death, and technology. There is a sense of sarcasm to his work.  An unseen "key" element to the work is the
process. Trained as a printmaker, he works in multiples and uses a systematic approach to all of his works, layer by layer. Working on up to fifty pieces at once, he uses a wide variety of techniques such as silkscreen, plant dyes, whiskey spit byte, vinyl negatives, etc.

Paul currently works during the day at MOCA Cleveland as a  Preparator and also runs his own business "sanchpa designs"
doing video, music, art, and professional installation.
